Right now, I'm looking for models in two areas in particular. I would like to know if your city has ordinances targetting: a. street vending, e.g., food wagons, fruit stands, etc., and b. rental property. I am especially interested in the latter. If you have a property maintenance code, is a one-size-fits-all for owner-occupied homes as well as rentals? Or do you have a separate code for rentals, requiring regular inspections, certificates of occupancy, etc.? If your city has a code regulating street vendors, please describe how it works and who is responsible for enforcing it. Hope to hear from you.
